1.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the captioned miscellaneous petitions viz., W.M.P.Nos.488 and 489 of 2017 filed in W.P.No.43985 of 2016, in view of the order passed today (20.01.2017) in W.P.No.1377 of 2017.

2.The miscellaneous petitions viz., W.M.P.Nos.488 and 489 of 2017 are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

3.Re-notify the captioned writ petition along with W.P.No.1377 of 2017 on 15.02.2017.
