ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the modified order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, dated 23.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.749 of 2026 and consequently relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner directing him to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.Earlier the petitioner was granted bail in Crl MP No.12093 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025, with a condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders". Subsequently, the petitioner has moved a relaxation petition in Crl.MP.No.749 of 2026 to relax the above mentioned condition and the same was partly allowed with a condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders" and the petitioner is complying the condition from 02.02.2026 and the condition imposed by the trial Court regarding the appearance is alone is relaxed and the other conditions imposed on the petitioner vide the aforesaid order remain unaltered. 17-02-2026 GBI To 1.The State Rep By, The Inspector of Police D1 Triplicane Police Station, Chennai.
