ORDER

This civil revision petition challenges the order passed by the XVI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in CMP.No.20 of 2015 in A.S.No.108 of 2013.

2. When the matter was called up for hearing, I requested the Registry to find out whether A.S.No.108 of 2013 is still pending.

3. Registry has circulated a note that A.S.No.108 of 2013 was dismissed after contest on 05.10.2018.

4. Since the appeal itself has been disposed of, I cannot revise an interlocutory order passed pending disposal of the appeal. Leaving it open to the civil revision petitioner to challenge the order passed in CMP.No.20 of 2015 dated 10.07.2015 in terms of Section 105 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure.

5. With the above observation, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
