ORDER

This revision is filed to strike off the plaint on several grounds. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.AR.Ramanathan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent brought to my notice the order of this Court in W.A.No.3090 of 2021 dated 05.07.2023. As per the order of the Division Bench in W.A.No.3090 of 2021, the learned District Munsif, Chengalpattu, has been directed to proceed further with the suit in O.S.No.332 of 2017.

2. When a Division Bench of this Court has passed an order directing the suit to be proceeded with, it may not be appropriate on my part to strike off the same. Therefore, the prayer sought in this revision cannot be considered and accordingly, the civil revision stands dismissed. No costs.
