ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to immediately provide the petitioner with all the details as sought in his letters dated 18.01.2011 and 15.02.2011 under the Right to Information Act in respect of the property measuring to an extent of 1.62 Acres in S.No.523B of Shanmugapuram, Thiruvotriyur, Chennai - 600 019. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh. 3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
