2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29766/2024 in Cr.No.304/2024 dated 20/07/2024 against the petitioner/accused to appear before Respondent/Complainant dated at 10.30 am until further orders is relaxed.
