By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.N.A.Nissar Ahmed, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 27.2.2014, seeking to issue patta in his name along in respect of S.No.512/2A1 measuring 0.56 cents in Veerakeralam village, Coimbatore, in accordance with law. 4.According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the property to the extent of 0.56 cents in S.No.51/2A1, Veerakeralam Village, Coimbatore Taluk, by virtue of registered sale deed dated 21.11.1996 bearing Doc.No.983/97 and when he applied for patta, the third respondent and the Village Administrative Officer inspected the property and submitted his report to the second and third respondents. The petitioner would further submit that the name of the owners of S.No.512/2B have been wrongly included in his patta NO.970 in respect ofS.No.

512/2A1. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.2.2014 before the respondents for rectification of the said mistake and for issuance of patta and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

5.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.2.2014, and after issuing notice to the petitioner and other persons who are likely to be aggrieved, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
