ORDER

Both the learned counsels would submit, on instructions, that subsequent to the filing of this application, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. According to them, as per the settlement, the first respondent has paid the entire dues of the applicant.

2.Both the counsels have also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect that the first respondent may be permitted to obtain payment out of a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- together with interest lying to the credit of O.P. No.468 of 2012.

4.Registry is directed to pay out a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- together with accrued interest, if any, which according to the applicant is now lying to the credit of O.P. No.468 of 2012, to the first respondent in this application if the said amount is found to be available to the credit of O.P.
