This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.2654 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police to any other investigation agency more appropriately CBCID, Chennai.

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that (first information report is altered) investigation has already been completed in Crime No.2654 of 2015 and charge sheet is also made ready. 3. The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the second respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
