O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.09.2023 made in W.P.No.10342 of 2018. 2.As against the order passed by the Labour Court, the respondent/ Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation filed W.P.No.10342 of 2018 and this Court vide order dated 21.09.2023 modified the order impugned in the writ petition. Alleging disobedience of the order dated 21.09.2023, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

3.The remedy available to the petitioner is only before the Labour Court by filing appropriate application as well as by filing application before the Comptrolling Authority based on the order passed by this Court in respect of gratuity and the order passed by this Court has to be implemented only before the Labour Court. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner/ second respondent in the writ petition is granted liberty to file appropriate application before the 2/4

appropriate Authority for implementation of the order passed by this Court.

5.This Contempt Petition is closed.
