The learned counsel for both sides submitted that the matter may be referred to mediation to amicably settle the dispute among themselves.

2. In such view of the matter, both the parties are directed to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai on 17.08.2022.

3. After mediation, the registry is directed to list this matter before this Court on 29.08.2022.
