ORDER

The grievance of the petitioners is that the amount of Rs.3,09,582.23/-, which is lying in the S.B.Account of the petitioners' father - Avudiyappan bearing No.10710458186 has not been disbursed to the petitioners on the death of their father, though a request has been made to the respondent by the petitioners by way of representation dated 27.12.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
