This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 3rd respondent Police to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 20.03.2015 for which CSR No.46/2015 was issued and pending before the 3rd respondent, within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.46 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.46 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
