This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to bring the respondents 2 to 4 as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent namely K.Bhaskaran in the above writ appeal and rank them as respondents 1 to 3 in the above writ appeal. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has not raised any objections in allowing the Miscellaneous Petition. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of his submissions, the Miscellaneous Petitions is allowed. Registry is directed to amend the cause title and list the writ appeal on 13.03.2023.
