ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 21 January, 2015 rendered by this Court in W.P. No. 212 of 2015.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the process of removal of encroachment has already been initiated and the same will be completed within a period of one week.

In view of the aforestated submission of the

learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition stands closed. If the process of removal is not completed within a period of one week, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a contempt petition.
