O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to set aside the closure of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2016, through the impugned letter, C.C.No.161/DC CCB1/PG/2016 dated 24.05.2016, issued by the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 13.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the complaint dated 13.04.2016 was closed by the respondent police, on account of non-cooperation of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the enquiry.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent-Police and co-operate with the enquiry. The second respondent-Police is directed to enquire into and take action in accordance with law or close the case under due intimation to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
