This application is filed by the applicant / plaintiff to receive the additional documents listed in the schedule 1 to 6 in C.S.No.609 of 2013.

2. Notice has been served. The respondents 2, 3 and 5 have already been set exparte. 1st respondent had died. The only contesting respondent / defendant is the 4th respondent / defendant.

3. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent / defendant has no serious objection to receive the additional documents.

4. Considering the same and also in the interest of justice, this application is allowed and the additional documents are permitted to be received, subject to proof and relevancy.
