O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.06.2015 consequently directing the 2nd respondent to investigate, to file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that according to the petitioner, a complaint dated 03.06.2015 was sent by post to the second respondent-Police and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint in writing to respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
