This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1382 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30286 of 2024, dated 30.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1382 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30286 of 2024, dated 30.01.2025, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
