The above CMPs are filed to bring the LRs of deceased 3rd respondent (viz., respondents 6 to 8) on record.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.01.2022, this Court ordered fresh notice to the respondents 6 & 7 returnable by two weeks and also directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to pay Batta on or before 01.02.2022, failing which, the petitions shall stand automatically dismissed. 3.Today, i.e., 20.06.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for short accommodation to pay Batta. As per the order passed by this court on 25.01.2022, failing to pay Batta on or before 01.02.2022, the petitions shall stand dismissed automatically. Therefore, the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking time to pay the Batta, cannot be entertained.
