This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direc the respondent to register a case, based on the complaint date 13.04.2016 given by the petitioner, and investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner an the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 13.04.2016, i essentially appears to be a money dispute between the petitioner and th opposite party.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that o the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted i CSR.No.271 of 2016 and the same has been closed on 14.06.2016, on th undertaking given by the opposite party that he will return the money. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
