This Petition has been filed to suspend the Judgment and Decree passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Erode District at Bhavani dated 23.09.2022 made in O.S.No.23 of 2018, pending disposal of the above appeal suit.

2.This Petition is filed to suspend the Decree. On perusal, I find that the Suit itself was dismissed.

Hence, learned counsel for the Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate Petition for appropriate relief. Accordingly, this Petition is closed.
