2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.35492 of 2025, dated 27.01.2026 and issue a fresh order copy.
