C.R.P.No.4130 of 2015 C.R.P. (PD) No.4130 of 2015 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 23.01.2019 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.138 of 2007 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. At the request of the learned Sub Judge, Kancheepuram, by way of letter dated 04.11.2019 seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further two months time is granted to dispose of the suit.
