Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner to report before the respondent ever day at 10.30 am until further orders in the above Crl.O.P.No.17417 of 2018 dated 13.07.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PAARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17417 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 506(i) and 120-B of IPC in Crime No.217 of 2018, while granting bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that since the petitioner is working as coolie and his family depend upon his income only, he find difficulty in complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks for relaxation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past 42 days.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17417 of 2018, dated 04.06.2018 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders"
