O R D E R
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying to direct the respondent-Bank to consider the petitioner's Educational Loan Application dated 11.08.2016 for pursuing B.Sc., (Nursing Course) in "Sri Narayani College of Nursing" situated at Sripuram, Thirumalaikodi, Vellore - 632 055, pursuant to the proceedings in letter No.Na.Ka.A2/1999/2014, dated 01.08.2016 by the District Collector, forthwith.
2. According to the respondent-Bank, the petitioner has been given the Educational Loan to the extent as she is eligible. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Bank that the entire amount demanded by the petitioner cannot be granted by the Bank.

3. The petitioner having completed the first and second years, is not entitled the loan for those years, but, however, the eligible loan has been sanctioned and the loan amount will be paid to the College directly with a term loan of Rs.1,09,091/- (Rupees One lakh nine thousand and ninety one only), which was sanctioned to the petitioner and that the petitioner has accepted the terms and conditions of the advances and executed necessary loan documents and availed loan from the Bank.
4. Since the petitioner has been granted the eligible loan amount, no further relief can be granted in the Writ Petition. The entire amount demanded by the petitioner shall not be granted as loan.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
