[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to work out his remedy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in the pending suit in OS.No.282/2014 on the file of the Court of Principal District Munsif at Gingee, by filing an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with section 151 CPC. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Udhyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted and the Court of Principal District Munsif at Gingee, on entertainment of the Interlocutory Application for ad-interim injunction, shall accord priority and dispose of the same at an early date. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
