Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.07.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.No representation for the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint dated 01.07.2015 given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
