This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the final report in C.C.No.2360 of 2017 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has already been commenced and the prosecution has examined 17 witnesses in C.C.No.2360 of 2017 and the matter has been posted for defence side witnesses.
