JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4260 of 2022 IN CRL OP.9854 of 2021 JOTHIBASU [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED NO.2 ] Vs THE STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, SETHIYATHOPE POLICE STATION, CUDDALORE DISTRICT.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time granted in Crl OP No.9854 of 2021, order dated 04.06.2021 in Crime No.284 of 2021 and pass such other further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply with the condition made in Crl.O.P.No.9854 of 2021, dated 04.06.2021.

2. This Court on 04.06.2021, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram, on or before 05.07.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states since the amendment petition filed before this Court he could not able to comply the conditions within a time stipulate by this Court.

5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for executing sureties time is extended till 18.04.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
