(Order of the Court was made by Sunder Mohan, J.) The petition is to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the appeal.

2.There was no representation for the 1st respondent inspite of service of notice, hence, we permitted the petitioner to effect paper publication. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the petitioner had effected paper publication and the name of the 1st respondent was printed. Inspite of the same, none appeared for the 1st respondent.

3.We are satisfied with the reasons furnished in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the delay is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
