ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Para 7(b) imposed by the trial Court while granting the bail to the petitioner herein for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC r/w Section 76(1) of Chit Funds Act in Crl.MP.No.17627 of 2021 in Cr.No.397 of 2015 dated 20.10.2021 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The petitioner is facing the complaint of cheating from nearly 24 complaints to the tune of Rs.24,40,000/-. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore to ensure his presence during the completion of enquiry and trial, the lower Court has imposed condition to deposit Rs.5,00,000/-. The petitioner by way of this petition seeks modification to this Court, which in view of this Court, the condition is very reasonable and cannot be modified. 3.

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
