Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to insist upon the production of No Objection Certificate, from the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, for making the necessary entries, in the revenue records and register and classify the lands to an extent of 0.60 cents, in S.No.444, in Velankurichi Village, Coimbatore Taluk, in the name of the petitioner, in compliance of the orders made in W.P.No.4903 of 1998, dated 22.1.2008, and in W.P.No.26735 of 2008, dated 19.11.2008, respectively.
