ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37740 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and passed order by the proceedings dated 16.03.2026. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 16.03.2026 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
