The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.2804 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite service of notice on the respondent and the name of the respondent is also printed in the today's cause list, the respondent has not chosen to enter appearance either in person or through counsel. The respondent is called and set exparte. 3.I have also gone through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The petitioner has expressed her genuine inconvenience for travelling all the way to Chennai and has made out justifiable grounds seeking transfer of HMOP.No.2804 of 2023 from the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

4.In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.2804 of 2023 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.
