This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 342 days in representing S.A.SR.No.1014 of 2022.

2. Mr.L.Ramkumar, learned counsel entered appearance for the first respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a period of two weeks from today".

4. Post the matter on 01.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
