PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Sections 482 of Cr.P.C., and 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition in para no.7(b) imposed to the petitioner on bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3162 of 2025 on 06.02.2025.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition in para 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3162 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 since there is a life threat to him in Thanjavur District.
2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner had complied with the condition for a period of three weeks, this Court is inclined to modify the aforesaid condition. The condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.3162 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 is modified as follows: "7(b). The petitioner shall stay at Theni and report before Theni Police Station on everyday Morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., for a period of two months except court hearings.
The other conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3162 of 2025 dated 06.02.2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. Further, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
