O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent-Police to register an FIR based on the complaint dated 3.9.2014 given by the petitioner, in CSR.No.510 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 03.09.2014, it is alleged that local people have closed the well. The respondent police have conducted enquiry in CSR.No.510 of 2014 and closed the same on the subsequent complaint given by the petitioner for the same dispute. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
