The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner as per the online application of the petitioner dated 05.12.2022 and 11.01.2023. 1 / 4

2. In respect of the property situated at Old TS.No.132, New TS No.132/2 Part, Block 1, Konnur Register Office, Chennai, the petitioner, in order to get patta, has submitted an online application dated 11.01.2023. In order to consider the said application and to pass orders thereon on merits seeking a direction to the respondent Tahsildar, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the said application dated 11.01.2023 submitted by the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the respondent Tahsildar to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 11.01.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
