Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and the 4th Respondents herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 06/02/2021 and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct an enquiry and restore PATTA in favour of the Petitioner by deleting the name of 'Kothari Nagar Housing Society' which has been wrongly entered in the Adangal records in respect to the property situated in S.No.298/1A part, Singanallur Village Coimbatore.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and the 4th Respondents herein to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 06/02/2021 and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct an enquiry and restore PATTA in favour of the Petitioner by deleting the name of 'Kothari Nagar Housing Society' which has been wrongly entered in the Adangal records in respect to the property situated in S.No.298/1A part, Singanallur Village Coimbatore. 2.Mrs.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 5 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 02.06.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the fourth respondent/DRO.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 02.06.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
