This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 275 days in representing the Review Application.

2. Learned Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the very Review Application itself is not maintainable.

3. Needless to say, that such objection can be made and considered either at the time of hearing the review application or while considering the application for condoning the delay if any, in filing the review application.

4. Since the present petition is filed only to condone the delay in representing the review application, without going into the merits of the matter and considering the reasons set out in the petition seeking to condone the delay in representation, the delay is condoned. The application is ordered.
