This Civil Revision Petition was filed for a direction to the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu to dispose of E.P.No.41 of 2013. 2.

The petitioners are the decree-holders in O.S.No.293 of 1981 and the judgment and decree was passed in the suit on 11.09.1996 and it was confirmed in the appeal in A.S.No.40 of 1997 on 28.02.2003 and it was further confirmed by this Court through judgment and decree dated 27.11.2008. The execution petition was filed in the year 2013 and it was kept pending without any progress. Aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed before this Court. 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 11th respondent. 3/5

This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Munsif, Changalpattu, to dispose of E.P.No.41 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the execution petition has already not been disposed of. No costs.
