Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.777/2006/Q1 dated 30.08.2006 notified in the Kancheepuram District Gazette Notification No.12 dated 31.08.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant another 5 years, lease to the petitioner from the date of expiry of original lease i.e. from 15.02.2012 in terms of Rule 8(8) of TNMMC Rules in respect of stone quarry situated in S.No. 326 (Part) Siruthamur Village, Uthiramerur Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring to an extent of 2-00-0 Hectares and to pass such further orders.
