ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17310 of 2016 on 16.08.2016.

2. Today, Mr.K.Krishnan, Inspector of Police, S-12 Chitlapakkam Police Station, is present before this Court.

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side], on instructions submitted that the order dated 16.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17310 of 2016 has been complied with, inasmuch as on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is conducted in CSR No.287 of 2016 and the same has been closed on 20.01.2017, on the ground that the allegations are civil in nature. A copy of the Closure Report has also been sent by registered post to the address of the petitioner, as could be seen from the postal receipt. That apart, a copy of the Closure Report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
