This petition has been filed by a third party stating that he wants to get impleaded in the above writ petition as the building constructed by the writ petitioner and now occupied by the 5th respondent in W.P. No. 20298 of 2020 is unauthorised and there are many violations. Since the impugned order has also been passed stating that planning permission has not been obtained by the writ petitioner for the construction and proposed party also sails with the Government and would submit that the construction of the superstructure has been made without following the Rules, this Court feels it appropriate to implead the proposed party as 6th N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.
