ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.133 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.133 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 is relaxed.
