O R D E R
The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2017, the Sathumarai procession of the deities of the temple should be made around the Anantha Saras Pushkarani at Sriperumbudur during the 1000th birth anniversary of Sri Ramanujar. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2017
seeking for permission, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
3.Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law. The learned Special Government Pleader also submitted that the respondents are complying with the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.5792 of 2017 dated 09.03.2017.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
