This petition is filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 07.02.2020 made in W.P.No.28453 of 2019.
2. Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent.
3. Though notice has been served on the second respondent, none appears on behalf of the second respondent.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
5. The learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.
6. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
7. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
