The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 43 days in filing this criminal revision against the judgment dated 16.11.2022 made in S.T.C.No.14 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District as confirmed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur, Thiruvallur District dated 19.09.2023 in C.A.No.153 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
