ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of Page No.1 of 3

two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30114 of 2024 on 03.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.30114 of 2023 dated 03.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
